I can only hope that we here in Quebec can come together for change the same way Americans did yesterday, the next time we are presented with such a historic choice.

Proof that it's amazing is that I'm proud to be American for the first time in my life, and that I didn't cringe at the sight of the flag (and that you put it there to begin with).

Yeah I had same reaction to
Yeah I had same reaction to flag. For almost 14 years it was a reminder that I was not home. And although I feel happier going past Canadian and Quebec flags flapping in the wind I did notice that on November 5 when I saw the US flag on a car driving by I felt a surge of warm fuzzies toward it for the first time ever. I could relate to it as a source of pride. Looking forward to see what's next.
